Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please return with original packaging and tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the size or style you ordered isn't right.
Simply contact us before sending it back, and we'll hold the new piece for you (if stock allows).
Warranty
Every 1800m Club piece is made to last.
If your item has a manufacturing fault (printing, stitching, or fabric defect) we'll replace it or offer a full refund.
This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear, washing mistakes, or accidents. Only genuine production issues.

Email us at info@1800mclub.ch with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
